1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ach44 platform and all its services. ach44 is an online betting and casino platform operated for players in Bangladesh.

By creating an account on ach44 or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms.

1.1 Definition of Services

2 Account Registration and Use

Each individual may hold only one account on the ach44 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or cancellation.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Keeping the account password secure is the user's own responsibility.
• The account holder is responsible for all activity that occurs on the account.

3 Age Verification and Restrictions

ach44 is for users aged 21 and above only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

At the time of registration, the user confirms that they are over 21 years of age. ach44 may request a government-issued ID (national ID card, passport or driving licence) for age verification at any time.

If false information regarding age is proven, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on ach44 is ৳300. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

• All deposits must be made from the account holder's own payment method.
• Using third-party payment methods is prohibited.
• Any attempt to launder money through deposited funds will result in immediate account cancellation.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ach44 generally processes withdrawals within 1 hour. If identity verification has not been completed at the time of withdrawal, there may be a delay in processing.

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to verified payment methods.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds earned from bonuses.
• ach44 reserves the right to carry out additional verification in cases of unusual transaction patterns.
• Withdrawals are generally processed using the same method as the deposit.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ach44 provides various bonuses and promotional offers for its users. These offers apply subject to the following conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The ach44 welcome bonus is up to 200% of the first deposit, with a maximum of ৳8,000. A wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) the total bonus amount must be completed before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

ach44 provides weekly cashback according to four VIP tiers. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.4%, Gold up to 0.6% and Platinum up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

5.3 Other Promotions

ach44 may from time to time offer special promotions, tournament bonuses and seasonal offers. Each offer will have its own terms and conditions as stated on the offer page. To prevent bonus abuse, ach44 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious bonus claim.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Terms

All bets placed on the ach44 platform are considered a binding agreement. Once a bet is placed, it cannot be withdrawn, though cash-out options approved by ach44 may apply.

• Each game or event has its own betting limits.
• ach44 reserves the right to void bets placed due to a technical error.
• Bets placed on incorrect odds may be voided.
• In the case of live betting, odds may change based on real-time information.

6.2 Disputed Outcomes

In the event of a dispute over a bet result, ach44's decision will be considered final. ach44 resolves all disputes in a fair and transparent manner. Any complaint must be reported to the support team within 24 hours.

If the internet connection is lost during a game, the outcome of the round in progress will be determined according to the server data.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ach44 platform and may result in account cancellation and legal action:

8 Account Suspension and Cancellation

8.1 Suspension by ach44

ach44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently cancel any account without prior notice in cases of prohibited activities, breach of terms or suspicious activity.

• Legitimately earned balances will remain withdrawable prior to suspension, though they may be held during an investigation.
• Bonus balances will be forfeited in the case of cancellation due to breach of terms.

8.2 Closure by the User
